We are looking for a highly skilled Team Leader – Cash Posting to join our operations team at Ebotics Global. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with hands-on expertise in cash posting and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. This role requires someone who can manage daily operational workflow, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and consistently deliver results aligned with client expectations. The candidate should be capable of transitioning new processes, creating robust SOPs, and driving improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
A strong understanding of multiple billing platforms, clearinghouses, and end-to-end RCM functions is essential. The role demands excellent communication, people management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accountability, and integrity drive success.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations related to Cash Posting while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to enhance productivity.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Build and maintain SOPs while supporting new project transitions.
- Work across multiple client systems, billing platforms, and clearinghouses with strong process understanding.
- Ensure compliance with client expectations, SLAs, and internal quality standards.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and updates using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
- Drive process improvements and support company-wide efficiency initiatives.
- Demonstrate high levels of maturity, professionalism, and ownership in all interactions.
- Ensure flexibility in working hours based on business requirements or client needs.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM service delivery.
- Hands-on experience in cash posting, billing, charge entry, and related operational areas.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 15+ people.
- Strong understanding of complete end-to-end RCM workflows.
- Experience in project transitions and SOP creation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
