Ebotics Global is seeking an experienced Team Leader – AR to guide and strengthen our Accounts Receivable operations. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in U.S. Healthcare RCM, AR follow-up, and denial management, along with strong people management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth AR workflow execution, tracking performance, and driving outcomes aligned with client expectations.
You will lead a team of AR analysts, provide subject matter expertise, resolve escalations, and maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity. This role demands strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also play a key role in process improvement, quality control, and maintaining updated SOPs to ensure operational excellence. With a strong emphasis on performance, leadership, and client satisfaction, this position is central to delivering reliable results across our AR function.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the team in managing assigned AR cases effectively.
- Monitor daily production and ensure SLA adherence.
- Track client KPIs and evaluate team performance against set metrics.
- Review issue logs raised by client partners before escalation.
- Provide subject matter expertise on AR and denial management workflows.
- Handle and resolve client escalations with professionalism and clarity.
- Deliver coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior and lead by example.
- Monitor and report team performance as needed.
- Maintain and update SOPs regularly with proper control mechanisms.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM service delivery.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 15+ members.
- Strong expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, and process improvement.
- Proven success in improving collection percentages and operational outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of RCM workflows for Physician Practices and Hospitals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with measurable achievements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
