Description & Requirements
Ebotics Global is seeking experienced Senior AR / AR Executives with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. Healthcare Accounts Receivable management. This role requires strong knowledge of AR follow-ups, denial management, and payer communication. The ideal candidate should be confident handling assigned AR work independently while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.
You will work closely with team leaders and quality teams to resolve complex AR cases, reduce aging, and improve collection outcomes. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and payer representatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform AR follow-ups with insurance payers on unpaid and underpaid claims.
- Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of assigned AR work queues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes in client systems.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and SLA requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to team leads when required.
- Adhere to compliance standards and internal SOPs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AR function.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare AR follow-up.
- Strong understanding of payer rules, denial reasons, and AR workflows.
- Experience working on multiple client systems and clearinghouses.
- Good communication skills for payer interaction and internal coordination.
- Ability to manage work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and outcome-driven performance.
