Ebotics Global is looking for a detail-oriented QA / Senior QA – Cash Posting to strengthen our quality framework within Revenue Cycle Management operations. This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong experience in cash posting audits, transaction accuracy, and medical billing quality standards. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and consistency across cash posting workflows while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle processes, particularly cash posting, and the ability to identify gaps, document findings, and work closely with operations and training teams to improve performance. A high level of integrity, attention to detail, and ethical responsibility is essential. This position demands someone who can independently review work, provide constructive feedback, and uphold quality standards that directly impact financial accuracy and client trust.
Responsibilities
- Review cash posting transactions performed by the operations team and document quality gaps.
- Conduct detailed audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to process guidelines.
- Evaluate call quality based on parameters such as communication skills, claims resolution, and voice clarity.
- Identify trends, recurring errors, and root causes impacting transaction quality.
- Participate in creating and updating process documentation and quality guidelines.
- Share audit findings with operations and training teams for corrective action.
- Support remedial training by providing structured feedback and quality insights.
- Review reports generated by cash posting teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain strict ethical standards and promote fairness, transparency, and objectivity in quality assessments.
- Collaborate with team leaders to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM quality roles.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller for Cash Posting with a medical billing service provider.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and cash posting workflows.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end healthcare process audits.
- Strong understanding of transaction quality, billing quality, and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data, identify quality gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
- Good communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to ethical quality practices.
