Ebotics Global is looking for Executive and Senior Executive – Payment Posting professionals with hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare payment posting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid understanding of payment posting workflows and are comfortable handling daily transaction volumes with accuracy and consistency. You will be responsible for ensuring correct posting of payments, adjustments, and reconciliations while following defined billing and compliance standards.
The role requires attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured office environment. Candidates with experience on GE Centricity software will be given preference. This position is best suited for individuals who are dependable, quality-focused, and comfortable working from the office as part of a collaborative operations team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately post payments, adjustments, and refunds as per payer remittance advice and client guidelines.
- Ensure correct allocation of payments to patient accounts and claims.
- Identify posting discrepancies and escalate issues as required.
- Follow established SOPs and compliance standards for payment posting activities.
- Support reconciliation activities and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Work closely with team leads and quality teams to meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare Payment Posting.
- Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, adjustments, and payer remittances.
- Prior experience working on GE Centricity software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of healthcare billing workflows and revenue cycle processes.
- Ability to work from office (WFO) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow structured processes.
