Ebotics Global is looking for enthusiastic Billing / AR Freshers who are eager to begin their career in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in healthcare operations. As a fresher, you will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to billing and AR processes while working closely with experienced team members.
The role requires good verbal and written communication, especially for AR-related tasks such as payer follow-ups and issue resolution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment and ready to adapt to process-driven workflows. This position offers a strong foundation for long-term growth in healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support basic billing and AR workflows under supervision.
- Assist in AR follow-ups and payer communication as per training guidelines.
- Review claim status and document updates accurately.
- Maintain process documentation and follow defined SOPs.
- Communicate clearly with team leads regarding work status and challenges.
- Adhere to organizational policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Participate actively in training programs and knowledge sessions.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory for AR roles).
- Willingness to learn U.S. Healthcare RCM processes.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with MS Office.
- Ability to work from office and in a team-based environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and readiness to grow professionally.
